For decades, people have been dealing with the so-called stereotype. As if the profound debate on it is still going on circle, the importance of stereotype is questioned. Some factors in particular such as sex, race, and religion can play a role in how much a person experiences the many forms of discrimination. The idea of stripping the topic and confronting its issues is ‘abnormal’ and almost ‘taboo’, which is ironic considering the concept of stereotype contributes greatly to what we are taught and what we teach and before you know it has became the norm. The society indeed glorify diversity, but intolerance still going on practice simultaneously.

• Only one essay submission is allowed per person
• Pay the submission fee for IDR 60K per person
